Description
The BRAX MATRIX ML6D mid-woofer embodies the high-end German engineering and uncompromising audio philosophy of BRAX. Its MicroSphere-coated cone embeds 75 µm ceramic hollow spheres in a polymer layer, increasing stiffness and damping while maintaining low moving mass. This allows the ML6D to produce dynamic, precise, and natural bass without coloration.
The hemispherical dust cap optimizes upper midrange response, and the special rubber surround allows long linear excursion for enhanced low-frequency reproduction. The aerodynamically optimized diecast basket ensures efficient voice coil ventilation, while the precisely machined magnet system guarantees linear magnetic flux and minimal distortion.
As with all BRAX MATRIX speakers, each set is hand-selected, paired, and serialized for consistent acoustic performance. Optional stainless steel mounting ring set with grille (MR6) is available for flexible installation. Packaged in an exclusive wooden box, the ML6D completes any audiophile-grade car audio system.
