The Audison Prima APS 8 R is an 8” (200mm) subwoofer designed for high output and deep bass in reflex enclosures starting from just 8.5 liters. Delivering 500W peak power, the APS 8 R combines low power efficiency with a space-saving profile of only 3.11 inches (79mm)—making it ideal for vehicles where space is at a premium.

Thanks to its custom-engineered cone-dustcap-basket structure, the APS 8 R achieves an impressive 9mm one-way linear excursion, maximizing air displacement for impactful bass—without requiring deep mounting space. A robust FEM-optimized motor ensures precision control even at high power, while airflow vents beneath the spider eliminate the need for a pole vent, enabling flush mounting against the enclosure’s rear wall.

Optimized for pairing with Audison AP8.9 bit or AP4.9 bit / AP4 D amplifiers (in bridged configuration), the APS 8 R is purpose-built for OEM upgrade or custom compact bass setups. It comes with a steel mesh grille and plastic gasket for complete protection and clean installation.
