Description

Dr. Artex Baffle Plus (5.0mm) is a newly developed dual-purpose material that functions as both a sound insulator—reflecting sound waves—and a heat insulator—significantly reducing heat transfer. Though slightly heavier than the previous Baffle model, it delivers a much higher level of sound insulation. With high structural stability, a melting point of 140°C, and zero moisture absorption, it offers reliable performance. Its high elasticity allows for effortless installation, even in the most complex areas of a vehicle.

Packaging Details

Each box of Dr. Artex Baffle Plus contains 14 sheets, each measuring 50 × 37.5 cm, covering a total area of 2.6 m².

Composition

Dr. Artex Baffle Plus is made from chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam, enhanced with a 0.4 mm synthetic butyl rubber adhesive layer and protective anti-adhesive paper for easy handling and installation.
